Why This Matters
Whether it’s your first time “getting digital”, up-ing your game in the digital world or reviewing your existing technology to see if you can increase efficiencies; it’s always recommended to have a plan.
Creating a plan or strategy can range from creating a Facebook Business page or more in-depth to implementing a brand new software like a customer relationship management program or a point of sale system.
If you have been in business for awhile, it is also recommended you do a systems overview and list out all of the software you use, the cost, who uses it etc. – this way you can see if there are any inefficiencies or perhaps save some money if you aren’t using certain ones anymore. For example choose one document sharing system (i.e Google Drive or Dropbox) you really don’t need both.
